Our Story
We get it.
We’ve lived through long seasons of pushing past our limits.
Running businesses while caregiving. Solo parenting. Managing health. Holding everything together while feeling like we were falling apart.
What looked “successful” on the outside didn’t feel sustainable on the inside.
We needed things to change. So we tried different approaches. Experimented with techniques. Journaling. Resting. Reframing.
Noticing what helped. Letting go of what didn’t.
Little by little, we came back to ourselves — but better.
Now we're listening to what we actually want - not what we think we should want.
We're connecting to what genuinely brings us joy and contentment, not just what looks good on the outside.
And we're here to help you do the same.
We started Interval Paper to help people reflect, find their purpose and enjoy life.
Connect with what matters most with our guided journals and workshops.
