Terms of Purchase

Effective Date: March 12, 2026

Thank you for choosing to engage with INTERVAL PAPER’s courses, workshops, and reflective writing experiences.

These Terms of Purchase support a mindful purchasing process and create clarity about what you are purchasing, how access works, and the agreement between you and INTERVAL PAPER.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If anything is unclear, please contact hello@intervalpaper.com before purchasing.

These Terms apply to all digital products, courses, live workshops, programs, downloadable materials, and reflective experiences offered through IntervalPaper.com or affiliated platforms.

1. Brand & Business Structure

INTERVAL PAPER is a collaborative creative brand developed by Interval Design LLC and Interval Publishing LLC.

For legal and transactional purposes, all digital product sales, program enrollments, and payment processing are handled solely by Interval Design LLC, which serves as the merchant of record.

2. All Sales Are Final

We ask that you carefully review each sales page so you understand what a course, workshop, or program includes before purchasing.

Due to the digital nature of our offerings and the immediate access provided to course materials and recordings, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, credits, or reimbursements once access has been granted.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws if a product is materially misrepresented or defective.

If you are uncertain whether a program is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Payment Plans

Some offerings may include payment plan options.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to:

• Complete all scheduled payments in full
• Continue payments even if you stop participating in the program

Billing cycles are managed through our payment processor and begin on your enrollment date.

If a payment fails:

  1. You will receive an automated email requesting an updated payment method.

  2. A second payment attempt will occur approximately 48 hours later.

  3. If payment remains unsuccessful, access to course materials may be paused until the balance is paid.

4. Course & Program Access

Access duration varies by program and is described on each sales page.

When “lifetime access” is referenced, it means the lifetime of the course on our platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Downloadable materials may be provided at our discretion.

If a course is updated, retired, or relocated, we will provide reasonable notice when possible and may offer the opportunity to download materials.

Live workshops and multi-week programs include only the sessions and recordings described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access if these Terms are violated.

5. Participant Conduct

Our workshops and programs are intended to provide a respectful and supportive environment for reflection and learning.

Participants agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful to the experience of others.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Early Enrollment Pricing

When early-bird or promotional pricing is offered:

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to note expiration dates for promotional pricing

This ensures fairness for all participants.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, audio, frameworks, worksheets, journal designs, and related materials are the intellectual property of Interval Design LLC and Interval Publishing LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright law.

Purchasing a program grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for individual learning and reflection.

You may not:

• Share login credentials
• Distribute or reproduce materials
• Resell course content
• Create derivative courses or workshops
• Present the material as your own work

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal enforcement.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Sharing login access with others is prohibited.

We are not responsible for unauthorized account access caused by password sharing or failure to maintain account security.

9. Technology & Platform Disclaimer

Programs may be delivered through third-party platforms such as payment processors, course platforms, video conferencing tools, and email services.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• internet outages
• platform downtime
• software failures
• third-party service disruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access when possible.

10. Recording & Participation Consent

Live workshops and group sessions may be recorded for educational and archival purposes.

By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge that recordings may be made and shared with enrolled participants.

Participants should avoid sharing personal information they prefer not to appear in recordings.

Participants may not record sessions themselves without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Our programs support reflection, creativity, and personal insight. Outcomes vary and no specific personal, emotional, or professional results are guaranteed.

You are responsible for your interpretations and actions based on the material.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interval Design LLC’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific program.

No Indirect Damages

Interval Design LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including:

• loss of income
• emotional distress
• business interruption
• data loss

12. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

INTERVAL PAPER’s courses, journals, and workshops are designed for reflection, creativity, and personal exploration.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is retained only as long as required for legitimate business purposes.

14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

By purchasing, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution with us before initiating a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• termination of program access
• prohibition from future purchases

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• illness or emergencies
• natural disasters
• internet outages

If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the governing law below.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
