Terms of Purchase

Effective Date: November 25, 2025

Thank you for choosing to engage with INTERVAL PAPER’s digital courses and programs.

These terms are intended to support a mindful purchasing process and to create clarity about what you are buying, how access works, and the agreement between you and INTERVAL PAPER.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by them.

If anything is unclear, please contact hello@intervalpaper.com before purchasing.

1. Brand & Business Structure

INTERVAL PAPER is a collaborative creative brand developed by Interval Design LLC and Interval Publishing LLC.

For legal and transactional purposes, all digital product sales, course enrollments, and payment processing are handled solely by Interval Design LLC, which serves as the merchant of record.

2. All Sales Are Final

We ask that you take your time while reviewing each sales page so you are clear about what the course or program includes.

If you are uncertain, don’t buy.

All purchases are final.

No refunds, cancellations, credits, or reimbursements are offered for any reason.

3. Payment Plans

Some offerings may provide a payment plan option. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to:

  • Complete all scheduled payments in full

  • Even if you stop engaging with the program or course

Payment processing and billing cycles are managed through our platform. Your payment date is determined by your initial enrollment.

Please ensure that funds are available around your payment date to avoid failed transactions.

If a payment fails:

  1. You will receive an automatic email asking you to update your payment method.

  2. A second attempt will occur approximately 48 hours later.

  3. If the second attempt fails, your payment plan may be cancelled and your course access paused until the remaining balance is paid in full.

4. Course & Program Access

Access duration varies by course and is clearly stated on each sales page.

  • Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the course on our platform (not your lifetime).

  • Downloadable materials may be provided at our discretion.

  • If a course is updated, retired, or relocated, we will provide reasonable notice and, when possible, offer the option to download materials.

Live workshops and multi-week programs include only the sessions and replays specified at the time of purchase.

5. Early Enrollment Pricing

When early-bird or promotional pricing is offered:

  • It cannot be applied retroactively

  • It is your responsibility to note the expiration date if you wish to access discounted pricing

This ensures fairness and clarity for all participants.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, audio, frameworks, worksheets, journal designs, and related resources are the intellectual property of Interval Design LLC and Interval Publishing LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or access a course or program, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own individual learning and reflection.

You may not:

  • Share your login or grant access to others

  • Distribute, publish, or reproduce any materials in any format

  • Resell, license, or commercially exploit the content

  • Use the materials to create your own courses, workshops, programs, or derivative offerings

  • Present, teach, or adapt the material as your own work

Any use beyond personal, individual study requires prior written permission from both Interval Design LLC and Interval Publishing LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Interval Paper’s offerings support reflection, creativity, clarity, and personal insight. However, experiences vary, and no specific emotional, personal, or professional outcomes are guaranteed.

Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions, interpretations, and any actions you take based on the course material.

Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interval Design LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific course or program.

No Indirect Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interval Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the courses or materials.

This includes, without limitation, loss of income or revenue, emotional distress, business interruption, data loss, or any similar damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We use trusted third-party service providers to process payments, host courses, deliver emails, manage live sessions, support our website, and operate our business. These providers may process your information solely as needed to deliver the services you have purchased.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legitimate business purposes in accordance with U.S. law.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@intervalpaper.com.

By purchasing, you consent to receive communications related to your course as well as occasional updates about future offerings. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
